Meeting 4 – Stavanger, 2 May 2025
The fourth project management meeting took place on 2 May 2025 at Norlights Montessoriskole in Stavanger, Norway. The hosts prepared an inspiring environment for discussion and presented the progress of ongoing project tasks. The meeting began with a review of the overall project timetable and confirmation that upcoming stages—particularly student mobilities—were proceeding as planned.
A major focus of the meeting was the organisation of the 2025 student mobility programme. The group went through the exact dates of visits, clarified documentation requirements, and discussed certificates and surveys to be completed by students and teachers. Participants also reviewed preparations for the upcoming five-day group mobility to Warsaw and Białka, scheduled for 28 May–1 June 2025.
The second part of the meeting was devoted to the detailed programme of the “Erdkinder Montessori” conference, to be held on 21–22 March 2026. Partners discussed the speaker lineup, workshop structure, expert debates, and the student discussion panel. Practical matters—such as registration, promotional materials, school stands, and logistics—were also addressed.
The meeting in Stavanger strengthened international cooperation and ensured that all partners were aligned and ready for the demanding months ahead.
